Vigilance, 2002 & 2004

The construction shown above was made in 2004, but the original letter was sent to the then-Office of Homeland Security in 2002. I also contacted all major news networks, major and local newspapers, and I volunteered to conduct a national color lesson on Oprah's television show. I received no responses, nor was the erroneous "scale" corrected before it was finally abandoned years later.
